These terms apply to every download of a MightyKubo Games game and all services we provide such as client support, sharing, social media and other channels in your community. Any participant accessing and using this game is constituting acceptance of this agreement herein. That includes, but is not limited to, being subject to any and all guidelines and rules we apply. If you do not agree to accept these rules, please do not download this game for use.

Human Body Tower Defense is meant for players 9 years of age and older. Anyone under 9 years old needs to consult with a parent, prior to downloading this game.

Human Body Tower Defense and all of its graphic designs are owned by MightyKubo Games and are protected by copyright. All logos, designs and animations were created and are the sole intellectual property of MightyKubo Games and Darian Manzanares and are protected by proprietary rights laws.

Human Body Tower Defense is compensated, in part, by advertisements to provide endorsements for certain companies. Our reputation is everything to us, here at MightyKubo Games and we only endorse products and services that we believe will benefit our consumers and gamers. We take our credibility seriously and want our gamers to know that they are most important to us, when we choose products, games or services to promote on our application.

Human Body Tower Defense provides a few in- app purchases to give our users a great experience while gaming with us. Accepted forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Payments will be processed through our payment processors on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. MightyKubo Games will not be offering refunds for in-app purchases made in Human Body Tower Defense.

MightyKubo Games reserves the right to update and/or change our user agreement and there may be constant changes, however, we will notify gamers of these changes as soon as they occur, through in-app notifications. We appreciate your continued use of Human Body Tower Defense through these changes, as that signifies your acceptance of our timely adjustments. Any changes to Human Body Tower Defense’s terms and conditions will be announced upon launch of our game on your device. If we ever change how we use our gamers personally identifiable information, gamers who are affected by the change will be notified immediately, via email. You can opt out of those changes at any point.

You are responsible for any mobile charges you may incur for accessing internet while playing Human Body Tower Defense. Please check with your internet service provider, prior to downloading Human Body Tower Defense, to be made aware of any mobile or internet usage charges you may incur.

Human Body Tower Defense does not feature any messaging or communication aspects in gameplay. You may play online or with family and friends, however, there is no communication feature in this game.

Human Body Tower Defense may not be available at times, for application maintenance reasons and these can occur as scheduled or unscheduled. MightyKubo Games shall not be held responsible for any errors in game play. There will be constant updates and bug fixes to improve user satisfaction. Please report any issues you have with the Human Body Tower Defense game app and we will look into them right away. Our main goal, as always, is to serve you, the gamer and we will do everything we can to keep our games at the highest standards.
